The existing Mediterranean flora has been protected or restored after the construction generating the enchanting scents of colourful flowers during all seasons throughout the year.

The villa is located conveniently close to the airport of Ibiza, you will be able to see planes landing & departing but you will not hear them.

SUNSET DREAM
During wintertime the sun will rise out on the Mediterranean over Playa den Bossa. In the summer season it rises more to the North behind the hills appropriately not disturbing your well-deserved night rest after a long summer party.
During all seasons the sun is disappearing behind the hills to the West and North-West about an hour before sunset, offering one of the most magical moments of the day while the flotilla of bright shiny yachts can be watched coming back from Formentera still in the bright warm evening sunlight.
